Antigravity IDE: Official Download and First Task Plan
Find Google’s Antigravity IDE, distinguish it from other Antigravity products and prepare a checkable first coding task.
Antigravity IDE is Google's code-editor surface within the Antigravity product family. Its official page describes tab completion, natural-language commands and an agent working across the editor, terminal and browser. It links to the official download page.
Choose the intended product
The product site also lists an app, CLI, extensions and SDK. Start with the IDE page when you want the desktop code editor; a tutorial for another Antigravity surface may use different controls and setup.
The reviewed page lists availability on macOS, Windows, Linux and Googlebook and distinguishes Apple-silicon and Intel downloads. Choose the current package for your actual machine. This guide does not infer plan eligibility, usage allowances or price from the download button.
Give the agent one reviewable task
Use a project you can restore and ask for a small change with an observable outcome. Supply the relevant files, constraints and a way to check the result. Review the produced diff and artifact, then run the checks appropriate to the change before adopting it.
For example, a label correction has a different acceptance check from a changed sign-in flow. State the real result you need instead of judging only whether the agent produced a completion message.
Artifacts and feedback
Google describes artifacts as a way to review higher-level work and leave feedback. Use a concrete correction: the element that is wrong, the expected behavior and evidence showing the gap. Retain existing project instructions and review changes outside the requested scope.
