2026 Voter Guide: Find Your State Ballot and Results

Find official state election offices, ballot information and 2026 election results.

GUIDE · SOURCES REVIEWED

The regularly scheduled U.S. federal general election is November 3, 2026, according to the Federal Election Commission. Election administration, ballots, recounts and certification are state and local responsibilities. Check your local election office for voting hours, official results and any later runoff; results may still be unofficial.

Find your ballot and official results

  1. Use USAGov's state election office directory to find your state or local authority.
  2. On that authority's site, select the county and election, then find the sample ballot or official results. A congressional district and a postal ZIP code are not interchangeable.
  3. Check the reporting timestamp and whether results are unofficial or certified. Close races and mail ballots may continue to be counted after election night.

VOTE411 and NPR's local voter-guide directory are additional sources; availability depends on location. This page does not collect addresses or generate a personalized ballot.

Primary and general-election ballots differ by state and election. Identify your jurisdiction, then compare the candidates and ballot shown by the official election office with a guide's stated publisher, date and endorsements. For context, Ballotpedia's 2026 House Republican primary index is a third-party reference, not an official ballot or a recommendation.
