Spellweave: Commander Deck Builder and Collection Workflow
Understand Spellweave’s deck-building workflow, import options and mana allowance without assuming its suggestions guarantee a stronger deck.
Spellweave is an MTG Commander deck-building utility. Its site describes building a 100-card deck, importing a collection or decklist, identifying missing cards and suggesting swaps. It is a software aid for a card-game task, rather than the game itself.
Start from the material you have
The provider lists collection input from ManaBox, Moxfield, Archidekt, pasted lists and Scryfall searches. Before importing, decide whether the recommendation may use only cards you own or any legal option. A collection-based suggestion and an unrestricted deck recommendation answer different questions.
The site describes role targets such as ramp, draw and removal and scoring for synergy. Those descriptions are not independent evidence that a recommended deck wins more matches or matches your playgroup's preferred power level.
Cost and a first evaluation
As checked October 31, 2026, the homepage says new accounts receive 3 mana to allocate to deeper building, tuning or AI analysis. That is a stated starting allowance, not proof that all actions are permanently free or that each uses the same amount. Check the quote and current plan before using a paid action.
Begin with a decklist you understand. Review colour identity, card count, card legality, budget and the purpose of each proposed change. Save the original list, change a few cards and assess the result in your actual playgroup rather than accepting a score as the final decision.
Varwo has not created an account, imported a collection, spent mana or play-tested a generated deck. For another example of checking an AI-assisted workflow's output, see Jev AI.
