Information we store
We store your account name, email address, a password hash, session data, saved tools, submissions and images you upload. We use this information to provide your account, collection and editorial review.
Cookies and service providers
Essential cookies keep you signed in. PostgreSQL data is stored with Neon and submitted images with Cloudflare R2. The application is prepared for hosting on Vercel. These providers process the data needed to deliver the service. No newsletter or advertising tracking is enabled in this release.
Usage analytics
The production site is configured to use Google Analytics to measure page visits and tool website clicks, and Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session replays when enabled. These services process browser, device and interaction data and may use cookies. Our tool click event includes only the tool slug, language and destination hostname; it does not include your account details or the destination query string.
Published and private information
Approved product information and images become public. Your email, collection, pending submissions and internal review history are not shown publicly. Images for unpublished submissions are accessible only to the owner and authorized editors.
Retention and contact
We retain account and submitted information while it is needed for the service or published editorial content. Contact the operator through the private Varwo GitHub repository for access, correction or deletion requests during the preview phase. A public contact channel must be configured before launch.
